Please find below our policies and kindly understand we put these in place for the enjoyment of all of our guests:
Our cancellation period is 30 days, an initial deposit is taken and works on the following tariff:
• Cancellation 30 days prior to your stay - a full refund is given
• Cancellation 21 days prior to your stay - 80% refund
• Cancellation 14 days prior to your stay - 60% refund
• Cancellation 7 days prior to your stay - 50% refund
Anything less than 48 hours notice will require payment in full.
• It is recomended all guests take out travel insurace.
• Minimum 2 night stays
• No pets
• Any damage is chargable
• We accept sole occupancy in rooms, however the rate will reflect the room size
• All bookings can be confirmed via email, letter or text.
• Bookings are secured upon receipt of deposits - deposits are £20.00 per room.
Checking In and Out:
• Check in times are from 2pm
• Check out times at 10:00am
